Your financial information is sensitive. Security is part of how we work every day, not an extra. Here is exactly how we protect it.
We work in your systems
You add us as a user in your own accounting, payroll and bill pay software. Your data stays where it is, and you can see everything we do.
No client data on our system
We do not download or keep copies of your files. Documents stay in your software or in a shared folder that you control.
Multi-factor login
Every account we use to access your information is protected with multi-factor authentication.
Secure remote access only
We connect only through the secure sign-in of the software you use. We never ask for your bank login.
Access limited to the work
We ask only for the access our work needs. Where your software allows, we use user roles without payment approval rights.
Access removed at the end
When our work ends, we ask you to remove our users and we confirm that our access is gone.
NDAs on request
We are happy to sign your non-disclosure or confidentiality agreement before any work starts.
Your security policies
If your business has its own security rules, we follow them. Just share them during onboarding.
You approve payments
We prepare bills and payroll, but money only moves after you or someone you choose approves it.
What we will never ask for
If anyone claiming to be from Chudasama LLC asks for these, please contact us at hello@chudasamallc.com before you reply.
- Your online banking password or security codes
- Your full card numbers by email or chat
- Payment to a new or changed bank account without a call to confirm
- Your personal passwords for any service
