Each line in your bank, credit card or payment account feed counts as one transaction, such as a deposit, a card charge, a bill payment or a transfer.
We review your volume with you and agree any change of plan before your bill changes. A busy month now and then is not a problem.
No. Monthly plans can be cancelled with 30 days notice, and you can move up or down a plan as your business changes.
Pay for the year up front and you are charged for 10 months instead of 12, which works out to 2 months free.
No. If your books are behind, we review them for free first and send a separate fixed quote for the catch-up work before your monthly plan starts. Catch-up work starts from $149 per month of backlog (minimum 3 months), and you save 10% when you continue with a monthly plan.
We invoice monthly in advance. You can pay by ACH bank transfer, wire transfer, or check. If you bank with Mercury, you can also pay directly with Mercury. There are no extra fees for any of these payment methods.
