About Chudasama LLC

We give US small businesses clean, accurate books every month, without the cost of a full-time hire. Remote by design, during US business hours.

Our mission

Most small business owners did not start a business to chase receipts or match bank statements. Yet clean books are what every good decision, loan application and tax return depends on.

Chudasama LLC exists to take that work off your plate. We keep your books accurate and current every month, explain your numbers in plain English, and hand your CPA a file they can trust.

We are a Wyoming limited liability company serving businesses across the United States. We work remotely, inside the software you already use, during US business hours.

What we value

Accuracy first

Every account reconciled to its statement and every difference explained. Numbers you can rely on, not numbers that look about right.

Plain English

No jargon. Each month you get a short summary of what changed and why, so you understand your own numbers.

A steady routine

The same checklist, on the same schedule, every month. You always know when your books will be closed.

Confidentiality

Your data stays in your systems, with multi-factor login and access removed when the work ends.

Working with your CPA

We keep your books tax ready and work alongside your CPA or tax professional, so year-end is calm.

Honest scope

Clear proposals and fixed monthly prices. If something is outside your plan, we tell you before doing it.

Our approach

  • Remote by design. You add us as a user in your own software. Nothing changes on your side.
  • In your tools. We work every day in QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Desktop, Sage Intacct, Bill.com and Excel, plus ADP, Gusto, Paychex and Rippling for payroll.
  • Checklists and review. Each month follows a written checklist, from bank feeds to reconciliations to reports.
  • US business hours. Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern Time, with replies within one US business day.
  • Not a CPA firm. We provide bookkeeping, accounting and admin support, and work alongside your CPA for tax and audit work.

Why outsource your bookkeeping

The benefits most small businesses notice first.

Lower cost

No salary, benefits, payroll taxes or extra software seats. You pay a flat monthly fee for the work you need.

Estimate your savings

Accuracy

A dedicated monthly process with reconciliations and review, instead of books squeezed in at the end of a long day.

Time saved

Hours each month back for running your business, and no scramble at tax time.

Room to grow

Move up a plan as your volume grows, without hiring or training anyone new.

Continuity

No gaps when someone is on leave or moves on. Your books follow the same routine every month.

Better decisions

Current numbers every month mean you can plan hiring, spending and growth with confidence.
