Day 1Proposal
We send a clear proposal with the scope of work and a fixed monthly price. Catch-up work, if needed, is quoted separately.
After your callOnboarding and secure access
You add us as a user in your own software. We set up your monthly checklist and fix anything that needs tidying first.
Week 1Monthly bookkeeping
Transactions categorized, bills and invoices handled, and every account reconciled on a set schedule.
Every monthReports and review call
Your monthly reports. On Growth and Premium, with a written summary and a call to walk through them.

What happens at each stage, and what we need from you.
Free consultation
We learn how your business runs, which software you use, how many accounts you have and where your books stand today. You can ask anything. There is no obligation.
From you: 30 minutes and a rough idea of your monthly volume.
Day 1Proposal
You get a written proposal with the services included, the monthly price and the start date. If your books are behind, the catch-up work is quoted separately so you know the full cost up front.
From you: a yes, or any questions about the proposal.
After your callOnboarding and secure access
You add us as a user in your own systems. We never ask for passwords by email. We review your chart of accounts, bank feeds and open items, and set up your monthly checklist.
From you: user access to your accounting software, bank and card statements, and your CPA's contact details if you have one.
Week 1Monthly bookkeeping
We categorize transactions, handle bills and invoices if they are in your plan, and reconcile every bank, credit card and loan account to its statement.
From you: quick answers to the few transactions we cannot identify, usually in one short list each month.
Every monthReports and review call
You receive your profit and loss and balance sheet every month. On Growth and Premium, you also get a short written summary of what changed and a monthly call to walk through the numbers.
From you: 20 to 30 minutes to review the month.
Every monthWorking together remotely
Remote by design, so your books get the same care without anyone in your office.
US Eastern hours
We work Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern Time, and reply to every message within one US business day.
Clear communication
Email for everyday questions, scheduled calls for reviews, and one short list each month of anything we need from you.
Secure access
Access through your own systems with multi-factor login, nothing stored on personal devices, and access removed when the work ends.
