Chudasama LLC is a Wyoming limited liability company providing bookkeeping, accounting and administrative support services to businesses in the United States.

Information you give us. When you use our contact or quote forms, we collect the details you enter, such as your name, email address, business name, business type, the services you are interested in, the software you use, details about your transaction volume and accounts, and your message.

Booking a call. When you book a consultation through Calendly, Calendly collects the details you enter, such as your name, email address and chosen time, and shares them with us.

Questions you type into "Ask our team". Questions are answered on the page. If we connect an answer service to this feature, your question is sent to that service to produce a reply. Please do not type personal or financial details into it.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider receives basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request. This is used to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

Client financial data

If you become a client, the financial data we work with stays in your own systems or in shared folders you control, and is protected under our client agreement and any confidentiality agreement we sign. See our security page for details.

How long we keep information

We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and client records for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal requirements. We then delete or anonymize it.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing hello@chudasamallc.com. Depending on the state where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy law, and we will respond to requests as the law requires.

Children

Our website and services are meant for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
